General terms and conditions
1. introduction
The online shop steba-shop.ch is operated by Rigaflex AG. Rigaflex.ch is the name of the webshop.
2. scope of application
The GTC apply to all products and services offered by Rigaflex AG. The sale, delivery and all services are subject to the GTC of Rigaflex AG. If the customer sets conditions that deviate from the GTC, these must be checked and approved by Rigaflex AG.
3. product information
It goes without saying that Rigaflex AG endeavours to publish all information about products and services correctly and on time. Individual pieces of information are published by various manufacturers and checked and adopted by Rigaflex AG. In individual cases, we must rely on the accuracy of the information provided by the manufacturers. Rigaflex AG therefore accepts no liability for any information on products and services published in the webshop.
4. price information
All prices shown in the webshop are in CHF and include VAT. For business customers, the prices are exclusive of VAT.
5 Conclusion of contract and cancellation
Products, services and prices published at steba-shop.ch are deemed to be offers.
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via the online shop steba-shop.ch. The customer then receives an automatically sent order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address they have provided. This order confirmation informs the customer that his order has been received and that a contract has been concluded. It does not constitute a promise that the ordered product can actually be delivered.
Orders are binding and the customer is obliged to accept them. Cancellations or changes are only possible through Rigaflex AG.
The offer is always subject to the condition subsequent of an inability to deliver or an incorrect price quotation. If one of these conditions is met, the contract is cancelled. If the product is already with the customer, ownership is automatically returned to Rigaflex AG. Rigaflex AG must repay the amount to the customer. If the product has not yet been delivered to the customer, the customer is not obliged to accept it. Rigaflex AG is not obliged to make a replacement delivery. If the customer does not accept the ordered products despite the obligation to take delivery, the contract can be cancelled by Rigaflex AG. The resulting costs (distribution costs) can be invoiced. In the event of Rigaflex AG's inability to deliver, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (right of cancellation). In the event of cancellation due to non-delivery by Rigaflex AG, any amounts already paid will be refunded to the customer.
Products delivered to the customer remain the property of Rigaflex AG until full payment has been received.
6 Availability and delivery
Rigaflex AG only delivers via the webshop to customers within Switzerland, to the kerbside. Rigaflex AG does not offer deliveries by the floor. The delivery time of the products offered in the webshop is shown in the article data. We distinguish between the following availabilities:
Green = delivery within 2-3 days
Yellow = Only a few pieces left in stock, delivery within 2-3 days
Red = Currently not available
Delivery delays may also occur due to delivery difficulties or stock differences. If the production of an ordered product has been discontinued, it will be impossible to deliver and the contract will be automatically cancelled.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered products for correctness and completeness immediately upon receipt.
Any defects or damage must be reported immediately after discovery, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the delivery. Rigaflex AG accepts no liability for transport damage.
7. shipping costs
We deliver free of charge from an order value of CHF 50. Shipping costs apply for orders up to CHF 49.99. These are CHF 5.90 up to 20 kg and CHF 11.90 from 20.1 kg to 35 kg.
8. terms of payment
The customer undertakes to pay using one of the available payment options. The following payment options are available:
VISA, Mastercard and Twint.
9. payment obligation
If the customer does not comply with the payment obligation, i.e. if the customer pays amounts owed late, partially or not at all, Rigaflex AG will immediately stop all deliveries. Rigaflex AG reserves the right to withdraw from the contract at any time and without justification.
If the customer does not respond to the request for payment by Rigaflex AG, the contract is automatically cancelled 10 days after the last request for payment. Rigaflex AG will charge a fee of CHF 20 with the 3rd reminder. From the 3rd reminder onwards, unpaid amounts will be reported to the debt collection agency and pursued by them.
10. guarantee
The warranty period for all products offered in the webshop is stated in the item details. A longer warranty period may be granted for individual products. This guarantee period is guaranteed by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not grant a special warranty period, the statutory European warranty period of 2 years applies to all eldur accessories.
A guarantee is only granted if there are no reasons for exclusion. Reasons for exclusion are damage caused by dropping, impact or moisture, natural wear and tear, malfunctions caused by own interventions or modifications to the product. All wearing parts are excluded from the warranty period.
11. exchange and return possible within 30 days
The exchange and return of products is generally possible within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the products and packaging are in perfect and therefore saleable condition. Please contact us in advance to discuss the exchange and return process.

12. return of goods
If Rigaflex AG authorises the return of goods, these shall be at the expense and risk of the customer. All products must be returned in undamaged original packaging. Returns of products without original packaging and/or damaged packaging will not be authorised. A description of the problem and a copy of the invoice must be enclosed. Otherwise Rigaflex AG may refuse to accept the return.
13. data error
Rigaflex AG accepts no liability for any data errors in the online shop due to slight negligence. Rigaflex AG is not liable for inadvertently incorrect price labelling or product descriptions.
14. data protection
Rigaflex AG ensures compliance with the legal standards of the Swiss Data Protection Act. Customer data will only be used for internal purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. Data will only be forwarded to third parties if this is necessary for the proper provision of services.
15 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
In the event of disputes, Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Olten SO.
