The following payment options are currently available in our shop: Visa, Mastercard and Twint.

The delivery time is two to three working days. The delivery time may vary for individual items. You will find a corresponding note in our online shop or on the product. Delivery delays may also occur due to delivery difficulties or stock differences.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact customer service. Please have your customer and/or order number ready.

If Rigaflex AG authorises the return of goods, these shall be at the expense and risk of the customer.

All products must be returned in undamaged original packaging. Returns of products without original packaging and/or damaged packaging will not be authorised. A description of the problem and a copy of the invoice must be enclosed. Otherwise Rigaflex AG may refuse to accept the return.

If you would like to be notified as soon as an item is available again, please click on the "Notify me" button on the respective item page. As soon as the item is available again in the online shop, you will receive an email from us.

For some items, you will also find an estimated availability date on the item page. This date is not binding and may be subject to change.
